Note that these parking lots are duplicated for the rest of the floors, and thus the capacity of the cars was 1200, in addition to the 470 provided from the basement. The flat part of the work on the ground floor contains the main hypermarket with an area of (3,500) square meters duplicated also on the first floor and linked together with a belt transporter .
    In addition to that, there are (50) shops available within this Central Zain with different spaces designated for various marketing activities, and it is hoped that these spaces will be filled with world-famous brands for all activities.
    As for the front part of the countries, overlooking the main side street, it was designated for open activities such as casinos and fast food, with a number of (8) zones served by two external health groups, in addition to correcting competitors and stray plants, to be a comfortable area for families to receive families to spend comfortable times there.

    In addition to all that, the designer paid attention to the services provided by providing an efficient electricity network and another for refrigeration and air conditioning, in addition to his great interest in the external facade of the building to be an architectural edifice worthy of this city with regard to high job opportunities, in addition to the fact that the construction of this mall relied on the consumption of large quantities of local construction materials And the employment of local manpower as well, which is estimated at about (250) workers per day. This contributed to revitalizing the economic aspect of the city, knowing that the operation of this mall in the future will contribute to the employment of (1,000) workers for the purpose of operating shops, restaurants, guards, service workers and maintenance workers.

Al-Mishraq Sulfur Company will own and operate the facility, and it plans to distribute the production of purified sulfur in Iraq for domestic uses and for export. Sulfur is the main component in fertilizers and is therefore required in the agricultural sector.

In 2010, Al-Qasas Trading and Contracting Company supplied the General Company for Iraqi Mishraq Sulfur in the Mosul area with excavators for two mobile fields with alternative accessories and tools in cooperation with the American company GEFCO.
