The central area in the basement is surrounded by eight shops of different areas dedicated to banking and banking, in addition to the presence of other parts dedicated to maintenance. - The ground floor, which is higher than the level of the surrounding roads, about 160, divided into three main parts, the back part with an area of approximately (5000) square meters dedicated to car parking, it can accommodate up to 300 cars distributed over two floors, since the height of the car park is 3 meters, while the height of the ground floor is 6 meters And this position, It is linked to the external roads with two entrances and is linked to the other floors with intermediate movement throws to include the operating movement across the floors. This contributed to revitalizing the economic aspect of the city, knowing that the operation of this mall in the future will contribute to the employment of (1,000) workers for the purpose of operating shops, restaurants, guards, service workers and maintenance workers.
