- Establishing Mosul Olympic Stadium in Nineveh Governorate, with a capacity of 30,000 spectators.
- Construction of the new Fallujah Hospital building with a capacity of 200 beds.
- Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Fallujah with a capacity of 80 beds.
- Rehabilitation of Tikrit General Hospital.
- Rehabilitation of many medical centers and directorates in a number of governorates, including Baghdad, Anbar and Salah al-Din.
- Construction of the buildings of the Industrial Research and Development Department at the Ministry of Science and Technology in Iraq.
- Project for the purification facility of the Mishraq Sulfur Company.
- Dredger project for Al-Mishraq Sulfur Company.
- The Grand Ramadi Mall building project.
- Modern oil refinery project in Anbar Governorate.
- Rehabilitation project of the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation.
- The Distinguished City Project.
- Supplying and installing integrated surgical devices for the Eye Specialist Hospital in Syria.
- Supplying and installing integrated surgical devices for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Syria.
- Equipping and installing a dialysis unit in Tikrit General Hospital.
- Supplying medical equipment and supplies in Kuwait for the benefit of (UNAMI) and the Iraqi government.
- Supplying and texting medical devices and furniture for the Children’s Hospital in Basra through the United Nations (UNDP).
- Supplying and installing medical devices for the Sulaymaniyah Hospital.
