The Real Estate Projects and Contracting Company has proudly signed a partnership partnership” with the well-known “Divco” joint venture which is one of the joint venture companies in one project. At a value of US$78.8 million, a complete installation of sulfur purification facilities in a mine Mishraq for sulfur in Mosul/Iraq, this sulfur purification system includes submerged distillation distillation system, sulfur recovery unit and sulfur filtration, this project was carried out between Devco USA, developer of American Stories Company system, The purification unit will have a production capacity of 500,000 metric tons per year to reach one million metric tons per year. Al-Mishraq Sulfur Company will own and operate the facility, and it plans to distribute the production of purified sulfur in Iraq for domestic uses and for export. Sulfur is the main component in fertilizers and is therefore required in the agricultural sector.

In 2010, Al-Qasas Trading and Contracting Company supplied the General Company for Iraqi Mishraq Sulfur in the Mosul area with excavators for two mobile fields with alternative accessories and tools in cooperation with the American company GEFCO. The project includes the implementation of all required services, training and spare parts, in addition to a long warranty period.
